Meetings of the Board of Directors are held the second Thursday of each month at 5:30 pm at the Tioga County Council on the Arts office, 179 Front Street, Owego, New York, 13827. All TCCA members are welcome and invited to attend. Please call for verification during Summer months and if meeting date falls on a holiday.
