Tioga County Empire Zone! Save on your donations! Tioga County Empire Zone can help! Donating to Tioga County Council on the Arts for their Capital Campaign in the Empire Zone may qualify your donation for New York State Tax Credits.
Can you answer “Yes!” to the following questions:
1. Will you donate $250 or more to their Capital Campaign?
2. Do you want to receive a 25% Empire Zone Capital Tax Credit on your next charitable contribution?
An example:
A qualified charitable donation of $1,000 = a $250 NYS Tax Credit on your NYS tax return PLUS, a Federal and State charitable deduction.
