Tioga Arts Council (TAC) is pleased to present A Grateful Dead Tribute Concert Fundraiser featuring Mike Frank & Friends and The Crooked River Saints on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at the Owego Elks Lodge, 223 Front Street. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Enjoy some classic Dead tunes and support TAC at this groovy fundraiser.

MIKE FRANK & FRIENDS
Mike Frank & Friends is a Original Rock / Jam band from the North West NJ region that started in 2008 by original members Mike Frank & Steve Farrell.

CROOKED RIVER SAINTS
Locally loved, the Crooked River Saints is a six-member band playing an array of classics and deep cuts--this time with a focus on The Grateful Dead.
