Tioga Arts Council (TAC) is honored to announce its February exhibition, Heroes of Black History,
works by Chloe (age 16), Paris (age 13), Samara (age 6) and Makaio (age 3). The exhibition opens on the First Friday, February 7, from 5 – 8 p.m. in the Youth Gallery located at 179 Front Street in Owego.
